Alcohol Usage Effects:
Different types of usage when regarding alcohol is a popular thing worldwide, for a variety of ages and all genders.
The bar chart above shows the heaviest drinking countries around the world. The 10 countries include Belarus, Republic of Moldova, Lithuania, Russian Federation, Romania, Ukraine, Andorra, Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia. According to the
24/7 Wall Street, Belarus stands at the heaviest drinking country with a per capita consumption of 17.5 liters. Slovakia stands at the least drinking country in the world with a per capita consumption of 13 liters.
The line chart above shows different types of alcoholic beverages that are most often consumed by both men and women. According to
Gallup, 52 percent of women drink wine as opposed to 20 percent of men that do. On the other hand, 55 percent of beer is consumed by men, while just 23 percent is consumed by women. The amount of liquor consumed comes very close with men at 21 percent and women at 22 percent.
The pie chart above shows percentages of different types of fatal car accident causes. According to
Visually, cars that contain someone that is under the influence are way more likely to cause fatal car accidents than cars that do not. More specifically, 82 percent of fatal car accidents are caused by drunk drivers. Drivers with an 0.8% or higher B.A.C (Blood Alcohol Concentration) cause 65 percent and passengers with a drunk driver cause 17 percent. Occupants of other vehicles cause 11 percent and non-occupants cause 7 percent.
